About PAMURI

Pamuri
 – (Philippine Association of Multinational Companies Regional Headquarters, Inc.) is primarily a chamber of commerce organization of foreign  multinational companies’ regional offices.  The formation of PAMURI in 1981 was under the auspices of the Ministry of Trade headed by Minister LUIS R. VILLAFUERTE. Its first Secretary was Mrs. VIOLETA DRILLON, followed by Mrs. ASUNCION TINGA. We work closely with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)/BOI and other government departments including Bureau of Immigration, SEC, Customs, to promote the establishment and welfare of RHQ's/ROHQ's and Regional Warehouses of RHQ’s/ROHQ's.

Pamuri can provide basic information to companies considering the establishment of a regional headquarters for their Asia/Pacific operations. Once you decide to go ahead, we suggest you join our organization. Then, we can assist you in the licensing and registration procedure through information and referrals to one of our associate member law firms who are well acquainted with the legal procedures.

After you establish your regional office, PAMURI will continue to acts as liaison with government departments and related agencies, and as information forum with relevant guest speakers at periodic luncheon meetings with the Joint Foreign Chambers Group of which Pamuri is a member.
